Lately, I have been wearing a watch that keeps track of, not only the time, but fitness, steps, heart rate, etc. Recently, its been buzzing more frequently. When I look down, it says this in neon letters across the screen: BREATHE.

You wouldn't think someone would need to be reminded to breathe! The truth is, in the hustle and chaos of the world we live in, we need to make time for the One who breathes life into us! The more busy you become, the more vital it is for you to spend time in the Lord's presence.

We need  the Lord to breathe into us like never before. If you're not careful, you can start living a life without leaving any allotment for divine encounter.  Divine encounter in your everyday life will keep you filled with joy, peace, and divine focus.

" As a deer longs for streams of water, so my soul longs for you oh God."  Psalm 42:1

Being stressed and overwhelmed is not the mode in which God intends you to live. Busyness will keep you from being filled by the breath of God! Don't neglect the one thing that will fill you with strength, direction, peace, and empowerment!

You need the word of God and the presence of God in your life on a daily basis! Just like you need to breathe oxygen to survive, your spiritual life is either growing or dying.  Before long, not only will you realize your spiritual life is suffering but so will those around you!

Breathe in the life that is abundant (John 10:10)! Don't live in a place of chaos. Life might seem crazy, but you don't have to be! Instead, take a minute to breathe! Cast your cares on Him-- the Bible says-- because He cares for you!

Don't let the demands of life rob you of what's important; make time to stop and let the breath of God produce life in you.

Let God's supernatural life-giving breath invade your natural everyday!

The spirit of God has made me. And the breath of the Almighty gives me life.
— Job 33:4
